At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2014, Netherlands's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 11.5% compared to 2013, reaching 11.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.3%.

Netherlands ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.5% (from 11.1% in 2009).
