At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2018, Netherlands's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 8.0% compared to 2017, reaching 10.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.5%.

Netherlands ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 96.4% (from 5.5% in 2013).
