Fertility indicators

In 1992, Netherlands's fertility indicators decreased by 1.2% compared to 1991, reaching 1.59.

Netherlands ranks 15th out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.9% (from 1.56 in 1987).
