Government deficit/surplus, debt and associated data

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 75.7%.

Netherlands ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.2% (from 50.2% in 2004).
