Population structure indicators at national level

In 2008, Netherlands's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.7% compared to 2007, reaching 24.0.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 28.1.

Netherlands ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.1% (from 22.2 in 2003).
