Population structure indicators at national level

In 2008, Sweden's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.0% compared to 2007, reaching 29.8.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 28.1.

Sweden ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.4% (from 29.1 in 2003).
