Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2011, Netherlands's main indicators increased by 1.4% compared to 2010, reaching 9.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 23.3%.

Netherlands ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 48.9% (from 6.5% in 2006).
