Employment rates by citizenship

In 2025, Poland's employment rates by citizenship increased by 0.6% compared to 2024, reaching 67.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 66.6%.

Poland ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.7% (from 61.6% in 2020).
