Employment rates by citizenship

In 2024, Poland's employment rates by citizenship increased by 0.4% compared to 2023, reaching 67.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 66.2%.

Poland ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.4% (from 61.4% in 2019).
