Employment rates by citizenship

In 2025, Czechia's employment rates by citizenship increased by 2.4% compared to 2024, reaching 71.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 66.6%.

Czechia ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.1% (from 67.1% in 2020).
