Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Lithuania's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.6% compared to 2023, reaching 90.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Lithuania ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 0.9% (from 91.3% in 2019).
