Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2025, Poland's unemployment by sex and age increased by 6.9% compared to 2024, reaching 3.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 6.0%.

Poland ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.1% (from 3.2% in 2020).
