Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2018, Portugal's main indicators decreased by 1.3% compared to 2017, reaching 30.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 19.1%.

Portugal ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 17.5% (from 25.7% in 2013).
