Population structure indicators at national level

In 2000, Romania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.9% compared to 1999, reaching 21.7.

Romania ranks 21st out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.4% (from 20.2 in 1995).
