Population structure indicators at national level

In 2015, Romania's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.8% compared to 2014, reaching 27.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 31.6.

Romania ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.2% (from 25.8 in 2010).
