Fertility indicators

In 1970, Slovakia's fertility indicators decreased by 0.8% compared to 1969, reaching 2.41.

Slovakia ranks 4th out of 17 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.3% (from 2.78 in 1965).
