Population structure indicators at national level

In 2020, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 4.3% compared to 2019, reaching 26.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 34.8.

Slovakia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 23.4% (from 21.4 in 2015).
