Population structure indicators at national level

In 2021, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.8% compared to 2020, reaching 27.4.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 35.4.

Slovakia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 23.4% (from 22.2 in 2016).
