Population structure indicators at national level

In 2024, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.4% compared to 2023, reaching 30.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 37.0.

Slovakia ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 19.4% (from 25.3 in 2019).
