Population structure indicators at national level

In 2023, Slovakia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.5% compared to 2022, reaching 29.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 36.4.

Slovakia ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 20.2% (from 24.3 in 2018).
