Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Slovakia's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 0.5% compared to 2023, reaching 93.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Slovakia ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.4% (from 90.9% in 2019).
