Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2017, Slovakia's main indicators decreased by 5.2% compared to 2016, reaching 21.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 31.1%.

Slovakia ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.4% (from 20.1% in 2012).
