Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2018, Slovakia's main indicators increased by 0.7% compared to 2017, reaching 21.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 32.1%.

Slovakia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.4% (from 20.8% in 2013).
