In 2005, Slovenia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex stood at 20.3%.

Slovenia ranks 11th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.3% (from 21.0% in 2000).
