Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2024, Slovenia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 10.1% compared to 2023, reaching 10.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.9%.

Slovenia ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 34.6% (from 8.1% in 2019).
