Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2025, Slovenia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 11.0% compared to 2024, reaching 12.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 15.2%.

Slovenia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 15.4% (from 14.3% in 2020).
