Population structure indicators at national level

In 2022, Spain's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.1% compared to 2021, reaching 45.1.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 44.4.

Spain ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.4% (from 43.2 in 2017).
