Population structure indicators at national level

In 2007, Spain's population structure indicators at national level decreased by 1.1% compared to 2006, reaching 25.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.9.

Spain ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.8% (from 27.2 in 2002).
