Population structure indicators at national level

In 2014, Spain's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.2% compared to 2013, reaching 29.2.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 30.8.

Spain ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.3% (from 26.0 in 2009).
