Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Spain's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 1.1% compared to 2006, reaching 37.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 39.9%.

Spain ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.8% (from 34.0% in 2002).
