Fertility indicators

In 1981, Sweden's fertility indicators decreased by 3.0% compared to 1980, reaching 1.63.

Sweden ranks 16th out of 20 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.0% (from 1.68 in 1976).
