Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Sweden's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.7% compared to 2008, reaching 30.3.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 28.4.

Sweden ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 29.2 in 2004).
