Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2007, Bulgaria's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 2.3% compared to 2006, reaching 22.4%.

The figure is in line with the EU-27 average of 22.4%.

Bulgaria ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.7% (from 21.2% in 2002).
