At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2025, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 6.5% compared to 2024, reaching 39.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.3%.

Croatia ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 27.1% (from 31.0% in 2020).
