Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2021, Croatia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 4.4% compared to 2020, reaching 21.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.7%.

Croatia ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 30.4% (from 30.9% in 2016).
