Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Cyprus's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2008, reaching 35.5.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 41.0.

Cyprus ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.3% (from 34.7 in 2004).
