Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2019, Cyprus's main indicators decreased by 0.7% compared to 2018, reaching 13.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.9%.

Cyprus ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 50.7% (from 9.1% in 2014).
