Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2009, Czechia's main indicators increased by 23.1% compared to 2008, reaching 6.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 20.7%.

Czechia ranks 20th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 72.7% (from 3.7% in 2004).
