Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2016, Czechia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 16.7% compared to 2015, reaching 10.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 20.7%.

Czechia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 42.0% (from 18.1% in 2011).
