Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2022, Czechia's unemployment by sex and age decreased by 17.1% compared to 2021, reaching 6.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.6%.

Czechia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.9% (from 7.9% in 2017).
