At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 4.0% compared to 2020, reaching 9.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Denmark ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.1% (from 9.4% in 2016).
