At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2014, Denmark's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 3.3% compared to 2013, reaching 12.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.8%.

Denmark ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 3.1% (from 12.8% in 2009).
