Fertility indicators

In 1999, Denmark's fertility indicators increased by 0.6% compared to 1998, reaching 1.73.

Denmark ranks 4th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.4% (from 1.81 in 1994).
