Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2021, Denmark's main indicators increased by 3.7% compared to 2020, reaching 10.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 9.1%.

Denmark ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 49.5% (from 6.7% in 2016).
