Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Denmark's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 1.1% compared to 2024, reaching 87.4%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Denmark ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 0.2% (from 87.6% in 2020).
