Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Lithuania's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.4% compared to 2024, reaching 90.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Lithuania ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 89.9% in 2020).
