Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Estonia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2008, reaching 39.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 41.0.

Estonia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.3% (from 39.0 in 2004).
