Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Estonia's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.7% compared to 2023, reaching 89.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Estonia ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.0% (from 86.6% in 2019).
