Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2024, Romania's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.3% compared to 2023, reaching 91.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.8%.

Romania ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 90.5% in 2019).
