Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, Estonia's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.2% compared to 2024, reaching 89.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 88.1%.

Estonia ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.7% (from 85.0% in 2020).
